Colombian green coffee · Two harvests a year
Every harvest we walk the mountains of Colombia looking for lots that shouldn't disappear into an anonymous container. We cup them on camera, give them a first and last name, and bring them to Europe to sell in fractions: you keep the share your roastery needs — and the whole story to tell at your bar.
CAUCA · 1,900 m a.s.l. · 2026 mitaca harvest
Live lots · This season · Mitaca arriving in August
Real lots, graded blind in the Arena, sold by the kilo. Filter by grade, open a card, reserve your fraction.
How to read it · 30% refundable pre-payment
Like cherries on the branch, coffees don't all ripen the same. Our committee cups every lot of the harvest and assigns it a Quality Grade: RED for the specialty that rotates, BLUE for single origins with character, GOLD for the editions people remember. Reserve your fraction in kilos, from each lot's minimum, with a 30% pre-payment we refund if the coffee doesn't arrive or doesn't deliver. The rest you pay when the container reaches port.
As an operator or trader in the EU, Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 (EUDR) requires the coffee you place on the market to be deforestation-free (plots with no deforestation after 31 December 2020), legally produced and traceable to the plot with geolocation — polygon included when the farm exceeds 4 hectares.
With Cherry Picked, that homework arrives done. Every lot in this catalog comes from a producer registered on Kaffetal Regal, with georeferenced plots, a cryptographically sealed evaluation and a due diligence statement (DDS) filed by CTC: the DDS reference number travels with every dispatch and stays visible on your invoice and on the lot's datasheet. Traceability to the plot, verifiable, without chasing anyone.
Black · On spot · In the Amsterdam warehouse · Ships in 2–5 days
Before the spotlight comes the daily work: the morning espresso, the house filter, the blend your customers order without looking at the menu. For that we choose three or four Black lots per harvest — clean, sweet, consistent coffees from producer associations — available on spot through the five months of each sales season. These are the remainders of the main harvest (sales Mar–Jul); the mitaca Blacks arrive in August. Liner bag inside a 35 kg sack, from 490 kg. No surprises, except good ones.

Last mile · Flat rate per kg · From Amsterdam
Catalog prices are EXW Amsterdam warehouse and do not include the last mile. So you never have to ask for a quote, the EU is divided into 5 concentric circles with a flat per-kilo rate. Pick your zone in the cart and you're done.
Rates fixed per season · consolidated pallet with insurance included · EXW pickup at the Amsterdam warehouse: 0.00 €/kg · The spot last mile is charged at dispatch; the pre-order last mile, with the balance on arrival.

Auction · Tyrian grade · 1 lot per harvest
Once or twice a year a coffee appears that the committee can't grade without arguing past midnight. That's a Tyrian. This one: 91.25 points — jasmine, lychee, bergamot and a champagne acidity. The lot — 240 kg, all that exists — is split into two identical 120 kg halves auctioned in parallel. Two bids, two winners, one coffee that will never repeat. Each half travels with its mini-documentary and traceability certificate.
Starting price: 20.00 €/kg · The whole lot is auctioned, in halves · Requires an account and Pintón level or higher. Sign in to bid.
Sample pack · Two flights a year · Always one season ahead
Samples always travel ahead of the container: what you cup in each pack is exactly what you'll be able to pre-order for the next shipment. You cup, you decide, you reserve — and your coffee arrives with the new season.

Marketing asset · Plug & play · Included with every lot
Every lot you buy comes tied to its public page on Cherry Picked: a QR ready for your packaging, your menu and your bar, connecting your end customer with the real story of the coffee they're drinking. And you decide exactly what's shown.

Two harvests, two sales seasons, zero gaps
Each harvest passes through the Arena, flies out as samples, consolidates for a month and ships. In Europe you buy in two 5-month blocks — March–July and August–December — and January–February is balance settlement. Prices are set harvest by harvest.

Our manifesto · Why we do this
Coffee is an industry that depends on people — and on something as fragile as their motivation to grow something extraordinary. But the environment they work in grows ever more homogeneous and hostile: a market that dehumanizes and commodifies most of its production, where the producer's name dissolves into an anonymous container and excellence is paid the same as average. Cherry Picked exists so that standing out is worth it again. Every lot in this catalog is a shared bet: a grower's, who decided not to surrender to the average — and yours, serving it under their name.
From the geolocated plot to your roaster: farm, people, process and evaluation, verifiable lot by lot.
Prices agreed with the day's references on the table, contracts in the open and a sealed record anyone can check.
Blind cupping before Q-Graders, a full datasheet, monthly humidity control: rigor isn't optional.
The cup decides the grade — not marketing. If a semester has no Tyrian, there is no Tyrian.
Deforestation-free plots, premiums that reach the grower, and relationships renewed harvest after harvest.

Our story · G&G
“One of us knows every vereda. The other, every roastery. Cherry Picked is the table where we meet.”
CTC is a father and a son. Two generations of the same craft: one who learned coffee walking farms in Colombia, cup by cup and handshake by handshake; and one who decided those coffees deserved to travel further without losing the name of who grew them. Cherry Picked is our promise made platform: every lot in this catalog we have cupped ourselves, we know the people behind it, and we chose it the way you choose a ripe cherry — by hand, and for a reason.
That's why every coffee comes with its origin, process and cupping videos: we don't ask you to trust us. We show you why you can.
